Non-commercial use

You may use the images on this web site on your own web site free of charge provided that it is NOT a commercial site (and is not the site of a commercial organisation). All you have to do and you adhere to the following terms and conditions:

You register an account.
You email via the Contact Me page to let me know.
You credit the image(s) in the form "Image(s) courtesy of FotoFlight, copyright 2006" co-located on the page(s) featuring the image(s) in the form of a hyperlink linking back to this page (or other credit form to be pre-agreed if this method is not easily in keeping with the style of your web site).
You include a reciprocal link to this site's main page (and/or relevant content page) in any links page or similar part of your site (and/or on your site's page featuring the content in question).
I may add reciprocal links to your site at my discretion.
You may NOT use any of the images in ANY paper or non-web publication without prior written agreement.

If you want a higher quality version let me know, since the photos here have been compressed for the web.

Commercial use

You may use these images on commercial web sites and other publications subject to offering and agreeing reasonable commercial terms (which may be free depending on use) by email via the Contact Me page.

Note that additional photos are available and all images can be made available in resolutions up to the original 3 Megapixel, 5 or 8 Megapixel JPEG source (depending on the camera used at the time). Many images on this site have been pre-processed in Photoshop and other tools, but have also been compressed to improve download times from the web.
