We attended the first day of the 2007 Shoreham Air Show.  Although not as well known as some other shows, Shoreham hosts one of the best air days in the UK.  Here is the Shoreham 2007 Gallery.

Very sadly, during one of the most spectacular parts of the show, a mock airfield attack celebrating the Battle of Britain featuring nearly a dozen aircraft, Hurricane BD707 (G-HURR) piloted by Brian Brown failed to recover from a dive and crashed a few hundred yards from the arifield boundary.  I have separated out photographs of this section of the air show as well as some of the period scene setting ground activities to create the Battle of Britain Airfield Attack Gallery  as I felt these photos ought to be given their own gallery in memory.
